Adam Prestifilippo is an experienced insurance defense and trial attorney whose practice focuses on general liability litigation, including premises liability, automobile accidents, construction accidents, and insurance coverage matters. He represents nationally recognized and regional insurance carriers in complex litigation throughout New York.
Adam earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School, where he was a member of the Brooklyn Journal of Corporate, Financial & Commercial Law. During law school, he also served as a mentor to fellow students, assisting colleagues with academic writing and journal submissions.
Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Adam spent nearly a decade practicing with prominent New York insurance defense firms, developing extensive courtroom and trial experience. He has secured numerous favorable verdicts in matters venued throughout the five boroughs and Long Island and is recognized for his practical, results-oriented approach to litigation.
