Daniel Espineira is a member of the firm’s litigation group. His practice focuses on the defense of premise liability, labor law, and medical malpractice claims. Daniel earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Long Island University in 2020 and a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2025.
While in Law School, Daniel served as a Notes Editor for the Hofstra Law Review, and also served on the Executive Board for the Public Justice Foundation.
Prior to joining Bartlett LLP, Daniel worked at the Nassau Legal Aid Society, assisting in the defense of indigent criminal defendants in District Court, County Court, and the Human Trafficking Division. He also served as a Judicial Intern of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County.
Mr. Espineira is admitted to practice in New York.
