John P. Koester

Mr. Koester joined the firm as an associate in 2001, and became a partner in 2010. During the course of his career, he has both defended and prosecuted in a litany of practice areas, including medical and legal malpractice and construction accident and general liability litigation. He currently specializes in the area of litigation where he defends medical malpractice actions against physicians and hospitals from the commencement of the action to and through trial.

Mr. Koester is a 1987 graduate of New York Law School and is admitted to practice before the U.S.D.C. for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
