Scott H. Mandel joins Bartlett LLP as a senior associate with broad experience defending claims against policyholders, businesses, not-for-profits, and other entities. He vigorously represents clients’ interests through detailed preparation, sharp writing, and effective oral advocacy. A graduate of New York University Law School, Scott trained at a prestigious Am Jur 200 New York City firm before working in-house at a major publishing company. As a former member of the National Association of Dealer Counsel, he represented franchised and independent dealerships in proceedings across New York State, from administrative actions to Second Circuit appeals. His practice currently focuses on construction site claims, labor law matters, premises liability, insurance coverage, and vehicular accidents.
