Taylor Ramirez

Taylor Ramirez is an Associate Attorney at Bartlett LLP’s New York offices and is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She concentrates her practice in the firm’s General Liability and Labor Law departments.

She earned her Juris Doctor from Brooklyn Law School, where she was actively involved in several student organizations, including the Latin American Law Student Association, Women of Color Alliance, and the Puerto Rican Bar Association. Taylor received her Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Communication from Baruch College, graduating with honors and earning Dean’s List recognition every semester.

While in law school, Taylor was a Legal Intern with the Criminal Defense & Advocacy Clinic, where she represented incarcerated survivors of domestic violence. Her work contributed to a successful resentencing that significantly reduced a client’s sentence by nearly ten years from the initially anticipated earliest possible release date and eliminated a potential life sentence.

Taylor also gained experience in appellate and mental health law as a Judicial Extern with the New York Appellate Division, Second Judicial Department, Mental Hygiene Legal Service.

Outside of her legal practice, Taylor has taught English to children from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds in Mexico. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors, watching documentaries, volunteering at her local food pantry, and traveling.
