Joseph Guzzardo garners another defense verdict!

A Nassau County jury returned a verdict in favor of our client, a medical center, in a slip and fall matter. The case involved a visitor who claimed she fell on a wet and slippery substance on the floor near her mother’s room. She sustained wrist and shoulder injuries.
