Kathleen Miller is a senior associate in the firm’s General Liability and Medical Malpractice Defense groups. Kathleen brings a broad range of litigation experience to the firm with an emphasis on defense work, representing clients at all stages of litigation from inception through trial preparation and participation. Her experience includes the representation of physicians in high exposure medical malpractice cases as well as business owners such as landlords and contractors involved in various commercial, personal injury, and other litigations and disputes.
Prior to her career in law, Kathleen was an educator and owned and operated a retail business. A common thread in Kathleen’s varied experience is her commitment to listening to the needs of those she assists. Her compassion for her clients and enthusiasm for the practice of law drives her to work diligently to gather the information and resources necessary to achieve the best outcome for her clients, whether that be settling a case or taking it to trial.
Kathleen was selected as a Super Lawyer Rising Star from 2020 through 2024. She graduated from Touro Law Center, cum laude, where she was an assistant editor of the Touro Law Review. Kathleen is currently admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
