Leland is a seasoned litigator with decades of experience in insurance defense, focusing on high-exposure general liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and appellate litigation. Known for his success in motion practice and appeals, he brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to all phases of litigation—from case inception through resolution.

He holds a J.D. from Cornell Law School, where he received the Lewis Kaiser Award for Brief Writing, and graduated magna cum laude from New York University, where he was named a University Honors Scholar and inducted into Phi Beta Kappa.

Leland’s strong track record, legal acumen, and client-focused approach make him a tremendous asset to our team.
